DESCRIPTION:Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is the help provided to a person who may be experiencing a crisis or a decline in their mental well-being. The course is designed for people who have frequent contact with older adults\, for example\, family members\, friends\, public and private caregivers\, community health workers\, and volunteers. \n\n\n\nThis 10 hour course opens with a self-directed e-learning module (Module 1) that focuses on the information and strategies that participants will discuss and practice throughout the virtual classroom (Modules 2 and 3). DESCRIPTION:Pap tests are an essential part of preventative healthcare and not everyone has access to them. Often times\, it is because someone doesn’t have a family doctor\, feels uncomfortable receiving a pap from one’s regular provider\, or maybe it’s because they don’t understand what happens during the procedure.  The Prime Care Pap Party hopes to create a safe environment for anyone with a cervix to receive a Pap test by one of our female healthcare providers. By participating in this life-saving screening our goal is to increase patient’s comfortability with the procedure and then become lifelong champions of engaging in preventative health.    \n\n\n\nThe Pap Party is for Anyone aged 25 to 70 who needs a Pap test but does not have access to a family doctor.
