CCHOHT “What We Heard” Town Hall: Sharing Our Operating Plan 2025-26 Themes

We’re pleased to invite you to our first town hall session where we will share the outcomes of our recent engagement efforts to inform and explore how your input will shape our health system advancement through the CCHOHT Operational Plan. Over the course of six virtual sessions and one in-person event held in late August and early September, we gathered diverse perspectives from across our community. These conversations helped shape our shared priorities which are now guiding our next steps and will inform our strategic planning work ahead.

This town hall will:
