The healthcare landscape is changing. Program prioritization, development, funding, and decision making is happening more and more at a local level by way of the Ontario Health Team (OHT) and the Connected Care Halton OHT partners know that local physicians are integral to this work.

The Halton Physician Association (HPA) is committed to making your professional lives better and enabling you to provide the best care for your patients. Our mission is to build and support a community of physicians in Halton who advocate for and provide access to high quality, equitable, effective, patient-centered care. Our vision is Healthy Physicians, Healthy Patients, Healthy Communities. The HPA offers:

  • Networking – Make connection with local leaders and colleagues
  • Peer to Peer Support – Through local networking, develop both professional and personal connections
  • Local Resources – Access a comprehensive list of programs, resources, and referral forms for you and your patients
  • Imagining the Future – Collaborate with us on the design, implementation, and evaluation of solutions for the complex healthcare challenges in our communities
